The Festival

Flors i Violes is a welcome celebration in spring and in good weather, which brings together flowers, colors, smells, flavors, performing arts and plastic arts in the same festival around the feast of the first of May.

It consists of the opening to the public of a series of spaces, public and private, operated by artists (plastic, visual, sound …) that transform and occupy space, using space as an element of encounter, action and reflection, along with the streets and shops of the town decorated by the same merchants, who among them form a route.

In addition, in this route of patios and spaces, we find a whole range of activities of various performing arts (music, dance, theater, children’s shows, workshops, parades, etc.).

Likewise, there is a space dedicated to gastronomy, popular, with a stage that welcomes the end of all the parades and performances, which has become the meeting point for the people.
