The vendor is the sole proprietor of the software application. This licence is a non-exclusive licence only to use the application without any territorial limits whatsoever, and the term shall be indefinite until and unless one party decides to revoke the rights, and the licence allows the application to be used and run online and exclusively through the Promoció Econòmica de Palafrugell Website and Domains (these terms may vary according to the specific characteristics of the online application).
The vendor shall at no time grant any property rights in and to the software, but license the right to use it on the terms herein described, and it shall under no circumstances be construed to authorise the software to be copied and publicly disseminated, assigned, sold, rented or loaned, and you agree not to assign the same to be howsoever used in whole or in part, and not to disclose, publish or otherwise make it available to other parties.
For illustrative and non-exhaustive purposes only, all logotypes, trade names, sound and audiovisual content, marks and signs included in the application, are protected by their respective proprietors’ intellectual and industrial property rights and it shall be strictly forbidden for the user of the software to decompile, duplicate, copy, modify or howsoever manipulate any of the contents of the application, in whole or in part, and to modify either its external appearance or its operation.
